Why Do My Kids Feel So Much Pressure to Get Perfect Grades at School?

I’d love to see a discussion about kids and perfectionism, especially around grades. My girls go to a very good public school system in the ‘burbs and my husband and I have never, ever pressured them to get good grades or be the best. But the pressure they feel to achieve in school, in sports, in life, is INSANE.
